Movie Nights!

Movie nights are for the enjoyment of all members of the community. Bring your dinner, blankets and chairs and plan a relaxing night with your family. 

  • Non-members will be charged $5.00 adults, $3.00 children & teens (under 18).

    On movie nights the pool will close for swimming at 8:00 p.m. and movies begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. We will begin serving complementary movie treats at 8:00 p.m.

    Reservations for parties will not be allowed after 4:00 p.m.

TGIF Parties

TGIF BBQ and Swim parties are for the enjoyment of all members of the community. Food will be provided, BYOB!  An Evite will be sent to members prior to each event.

  • Non-members will be charged $10/person. 

    TGIF's will start a 6:00 p.m. and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. 

    Reservations for parties will not be allowed after 4:00 p.m. 

Chili Cook-Off

The Chili Cook-Off is for the enjoyment of all members of the community.  Reservations for parties will not be allowed after 3:00 p.m.  BYOB!  An Evite will be sent to members prior to the event.

Host a private party at the pool!

Individual BBQ areas of the GVP are available for rent by members for 2-hour periods during normal hours of pool operation. Reservations are taken on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. Depending on size, a maximum of 2 parties may occur at the same time.  Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation. “Inflatables” are not allowed on Pool property.  An additional lifeguard will be on staff during all parties.


Application is as easy as 1–2–3.  

  1. Check your date for availability.  

  2. Fill in and print the reservation form.  

  3. Mail your application along with full payment at least three weeks prior to your event. You will be notified of your reservation.

    Rates:  Minimum fee is $200 for groups up to 25. The fee for groups over 25 is per attendee (children & adults). Please contact us by email prior to filling out an application to check date availability.
